Idaho Academy of General Dentistry
I have had a couple of people ask me what the Academy of General Dentistry is. The academy does a number of things, but mainly advocates for the general dentist, organizes and monitors continuing education, and provides awards for education achievement. I am the secretary/treasurer and webmaster for the Idaho AGD. Our goal is to keep AGD dentists in Idaho aware of important news relevant to the general dentist and provide continuing education that increases the quality of care for patients. The AGD in the Treasure Valley has a study club that meets every other month to discuss certain topics of interest. If you want to know more about the AGD, visit the website.
